The NANMA Dialysis Centre, established by the charitable trust Al-Ehsan Youth Movement, reflects the organization’s dedication to serving society. Founded on November 11, 2011, Al-Ehsan has supported numerous causes, including assisting cancer patients at Ernakulam General Hospital.

To commemorate its 10th anniversary in 2021, Al-Ehsan launched a free dialysis program to address the healthcare needs of underprivileged patients. The centre, located at Irippakottu near Peringala Kakkanad Road, was made possible through generous contributions from the family of Marhum E. K. Ahmed and community support.

Opened on November 5, 2021, with three machines, the centre now operates 10 machines, serving 20 patients daily. Al-Ehsan continues to seek donations to ensure free care for those in need, urging everyone to support this impactful initiative.

Inspired by our rescue efforts during the 2018 floods, Al-Ehsan launched an ambulance service with support from generous contributors nationwide. In a ceremony, charity worker Firoz Kunnamparambil handed over the keys to Sub-Inspector Shabab K. Kasim, dedicating the service to the nation. Operated by experienced volunteers, the ambulance provides 24/7 assistance with unwavering dedication. Recognized by the Kunnathunadu Janamaithri Police for outstanding service during the COVID-19 pandemic, it continues to exemplify selfless community support.

Al-Ehsan Youth Movement, through its palliative care unit, provides essential medical aids like wheelchairs, walkers, air beds, and oxygen machines free of cost, benefiting people across communities. This mission is supported by generous contributions from kind-hearted individuals. In 2014, the FoodServe program was launched to raise funds by serving food at joyous events, with all proceeds dedicated to charity. Inspired by this model, others have adopted similar initiatives. The program thrives on the selfless service of over 75 volunteers, and Al-Ehsan welcomes more to join in this noble cause to continue making a positive impact.

The Dress Bank, an initiative by Al-Ehsan Youth Movement, provides free wedding attire to underprivileged brides, bringing dignity and joy to their special day. Launched in 2020 in collaboration with Maslik, it collects gently used or new wedding clothes and redistributes them discreetly to protect recipients’ privacy.

Inaugurated by Aboobacker Saheb, Chairman of Nellikuzhi Peace Valley, and supported by charity leaders like KH Siddique Hassan and Arshad Bin Sulaiman, the Dress Bank ensures the confidentiality of beneficiaries, respecting their honor. At its launch, Seema, a Perumbavoor-based business, donated 100 new nightgowns.

The community is invited to donate wedding clothing, helping make dreams come true for those in need. For contributions, contact us today.
